Chronic knots and "stiff" muscles are often a sign of dehydrated fascia. This workshop introduces you to Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR)—a therapeutic technique using pressure tools to "unstick" connective tissue. We will map out the body from feet to jaw, releasing the hidden sources of lower back and shoulder pain.

  • The Focus: SMFR techniques for the font and side lines of the body, "Pin and Sheer" methods, and fascial hydration.

  • The Goal: Instant increases in mobility and a significant reduction in chronic pain.
