This slow Hatha practice is a deep, meditative experience for the senses.
The Focus: Blindfolded low to the floor movement, deep tension release, and auditory immersion.
The Goal: To tune into and listen to the non verbal communication of the body and experience movement as pure sensation, quiet the inner critic and deepen your relationship with self.
