Join us LIVE Online: Hatha Yoga For Hips and Hamstrings!

Get ready to stretch and strengthen your hips and hamstrings with our NEW regularly scheduled online yoga class every MONDAY 7pm MST. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, this class is perfect for all levels. Through a combination of gentle opening, dynamic movements, strengthening poses, deep stretching and guided breathwork, we will help you find a release from stress and tension in the mind and body that allows you to sleep like a baby! In this class you can expect a variety of poses that increase mobility, strength and tension release. We offer a number of ways to modify or bring challenges in the poses in order to meet your needs.

This workshop introduces you to Self-Myofascial Release (SMFR)—a therapeutic technique using pressure tools to "unstick" connective tissue. We will map out the body from feet to jaw, releasing the hidden sources of lower back and shoulder pain.

  • The Focus: SMFR techniques for the font and side lines of the body, "Pin and Sheer" methods, and fascial hydration.

By safely removing your sense of sight with an eye mask, we shift the focus to interoception—the ability to feel your body from the inside out. This slow Hatha practice is a deep, meditative experience for the senses.

  • The Focus: Blindfolded low to the floor movement, deep tension release, and auditory immersion.

  • The Goal: To tune into and listen to the non verbal communication of the body and experience movement as pure sensation, quiet the inner critic and deepen your relationship with self.
