In a world of blue light and constant noise, deep sleep has become a luxury. This workshop is a sleep-retraining clinic that bridges the gap between ancient wisdom and modern Circadian science. We will prepare the body for rest using cooling therapeutic postures before diving into a 45-minute Yoga Nidra (Psychic Sleep) journey.
