This workshop moves beyond "stretching" to focus on the functional integration of the hips, psoas, and pelvic floor. Learn how to stabilize your SI joint and create "youthful" joint space through therapeutic movement.

  • The Focus: Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) - mobility, psoas release, and pelvic stability

  • The Goal: To eliminate "hip-gripping" create adaptive, supple hips and protect your joints long term.
