- Two additional 1hr in person follow-up sessions to refine exercises, reassess progress, and make adjustments based on your body’s responses.
- Ongoing motivation and support, including two 30-minute online Zoom check-ins for questions, guidance, and encouragement. (phone call option if preferred)
- A yoga journal to track your insights, progress and milestones.
