Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.
I created this protocol because I know what it feels like to carry stress in your body like a second skin—tense shoulders, a racing mind, shallow breath—and to feel like there’s no off switch. I we believe that movement, breath, and awareness aren’t just tools for fitness—they’re pathways back to ourselves.

Come Home to Your Body
Reconnecting, Releasing, and Recharging
You’re invited to move with intention, listen with compassion, and breathe fully into your own wellness journey.
Find your center. Nurture your body. Move with us.
At Move Me Yoga, we believe your breath is more than just life force—it’s a powerful tool for healing, transformation, and nervous system regulation.
Our apporach combines somatic breathwork, intuiative movement, and therapeutic yoga to help you reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and restore inner balance. Our classes guide you back to your body’s wisdom—inviting calm, clarity, strength, and emotional release.
Whether you're new to the mat or deepening your practice, you’re welcome here. Each session meets you where you are and supports you in moving mindfully, breathing deeply, and feeling more at home in your unique body.
