I am a beginner learning about the practices of Yoga. I have had 3 sessions with Jody, beginning with a well rounded assessment and I have followed up with 2 more sessions. I am a senior with some issues and with Jody’s techniques - I am making progress that is working for me and my mobility issues. I would highly recommend her as an instructor - she is very approachable and is very much a people person. -

I want to thank you for working with me on Yoga Hip Therapy! I’m so grateful to you for being a great coach for the past 8 weeks. Because of all our sessions, I have better mobility in my left hip and leg. My pain level is improving. Some of the exercises were easy to incorporate in my daily life. Even on my challenging days, you found ways to make things easier for me. Your guidance and patience made things fun and workable, as you found different ways to make it work for me.
