Move Me Yoga uses a fun, creative approach to yoga that can be very helpful for children whose bodies are still developing. The use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises promote strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach kids how to focus, relax and develop
self-control.

For teens, yoga can be a wonderful tool for self-discovery.  Since yoga is non-competitive, it allows teens to discover (on an individual basis) confidence and calm as their mind and body become stronger.  Yoga is for "every body"!  I invite teens to use their classes to chill out and get
in tune with themselves.  Their patience grows, their posture improves, their confidence shines, their energy increases, their minds become peaceful, and their stress levels decrease.
